Sushi Zushi is seeking a highly qualified culinary business professional to lead our Japanese culinary strategy in San Antonio to ensure alignment with the company’s mission, vision, goals and objectives for its long-term success. The strategy should include setting and achieving best-in-class standards regarding food preparation for high quality taste and consistency, menu innovation and creativity, sanitation and cleanliness, labor and food cost controls, culinary staff leadership and development, and ensuring adherence to all standards and execution of all objectives across the entire Sushi Zushi system of eight (8) locations.
