Experienced Server Our Servers must be prepared to amaze! This is accomplished by being responsible for ensuring that guests have a positive and memorable experience by providing the highest level of service in accordance with our standards with enthusiasm and friendliness. This is achieved by demonstrating complete knowledge of food and beverage menus and communicating with front and back of house personnel to serve our guests and provide them with a dining experience that not only meets, but exceeds their expectations.	Bartender Our Bartender must be prepared to amaze! This is accomplished by being responsible for providing high quality customer service by ensuring timely and proficient bar service to guests and wait staff. This is achieved by adhering to company standards and policies for maintaining the bar through the accurate accounting of all transactions and bar inventory, and demonstrating complete knowledge of food and beverage menus.
Host Staff Our Host Staff must be prepared to amaze! This is accomplished by being responsible for promptly greeting guests with a smile, seating guests, booking and overseeing reservations and floor planning using Open Table software. This is achieved through the friendly and enthusiastic interaction with guests, the monitoring and coordination of activities within the dining room and the maintaining of an organized and clean work station.	Server Assistant/Busser Our Service Assistants/Bussers must be prepared to amaze! This is accomplished by being responsible for facilitating the continuity of service by clearing and resetting vacated tables, maintaining cleanliness throughout the restaurant and restocking all front of house areas. This is achieved by maintaining open communication with all front of house staff and the continuous observation for guests needs.
Delivery Driver Our Drivers must be prepared to amaze! This is accomplished by being responsible for managing deliveries, ensuring the accuracy of each order and delivering food to guests quickly and efficiently while maintaining a professional and safe demeanor. This is achieved by facilitating a sense of urgency, a want to please others, maintaining fleet vehicles, and having a safe driving mentality.	Cashier Our Cashier must be prepared to amaze! This is accomplished by being responsible for answering phones and accurately taking and ringing in orders for pick up and delivery, packing food to Sushi Zushi’s standards, cash handling, and assisting delivery drivers. This is achieved by demonstrating complete knowledge of food and beverage menus, providing our guests with the most enjoyable dining experience when it comes to pick up and delivery, and maintaining a clean work station.
